Strong After 40: The Blueprint + Coaching System
A guided training and coaching system for adults 40+ who want strength, longevity, and consistency—without injury, burnout, or starting over.
This option is ideal for men and women over 40 who want the Strong After 40 approach but need flexibility beyond in-person training.
Instead of random workouts or quick fixes, this system provides structure, accountability, and expert guidance—so you can stay consistent even when life gets busy.

Training sessions are purchased in packages, giving you flexibility without long-term contracts.

Open Gym Access
Train Independently
For those who prefer to train on their own, Open Gym Access is available on a monthly basis.
This option includes:

Access to the facility during open gym hours

No coaching or programming included
$90 per month
This is best suited for experienced lifters who already know how to program and train independently.
