Strong After 40 is a structured small-group training program designed specifically for adults 40 and over who want to build strength, move better, and stay active for the long run—without beating up their joints or guessing what to do.

This isn’t random workouts or “just sweat.”
It’s professional coaching, intelligent programming, and sustainable progress.

Who This Program Is For

Strong After 40 is for you if:

  • You’re 40+ and want to get stronger without getting hurt

  • You’re tired of starting over every few months

  • You want coaching, structure, and accountability

  • You prefer a focused, supportive small-group environment

Who It’s Not For

This program may not be the right fit if:

  • You’re looking for unstructured open gym only

  • You want random high-intensity workouts with no progression

  • You’re not interested in coaching or feedback

How Training Works

All Strong After 40 training is done through small group training sessions.

Instead of monthly training memberships, sessions are purchased in packages, giving you flexibility and control over your schedule.

Small Group Training Packages

(All packages include a 12-week expiration period)

  • 5 sessions — $280

  • 10 sessions — $500

Previously, sessions expired in 6 weeks.
You now have double the time to complete your training.

Open Gym Option

If you prefer to train independently, Open Gym Access is available for $90 per month.

This option does not include coaching or programming and is separate from Strong After 40 training sessions.
