After submitting your form, the owner Coach Johnny will contact you within 24 hours to set up a quick 5 to 10 minute phone consultation.  ​On the call he will dive into your goals and learn more about your fitness background.  If it's a good fit for you, he will invite you in for an in-person meeting at the facility.
